I've been a patient here for nearly 10 years, visiting since high school. Dr. Sara has always been professional, and I truly appreciated her care over the years. However, with her increased business, she’s rarely in the office, and unfortunately, the quality of the office staff has not matched her standards in her absence.After recently finishing Invisalign treatment, I’ve decided not to return. Cleanings over the past few years have frequently come with undisclosed additional costs, and the office staff have often been some of the most unfriendly and unprofessional I’ve encountered in a medical setting. While I appreciate that they have allowed me to use a payment plan through college/graduate school but, some issues need to be addressed.I’ve experienced multiple instances of appointments being canceled and rescheduled without notice, even after traveling significant distances. When Dr. Sara isn’t available, verifying any previously discussed accommodations has consistently been a frustrating process. Additionally, the office staff have at times made inappropriate comments about my income, which is unprofessional and disappointing. It is actually unbelievable how they speak to me and my family who were also patients here.The staff is solely focused on capturing as much money as possible with mediocre service. My Invisalign should have been on longer and I will likely have to get them re-done as a result of scheduling errors/doctor being too booked. I caution those who are looking to establish as a new patient. If you have great teeth they'll be happy to take your money.For patients who need some work and accommodations - look elsewhere.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and does a wonderful job of not only cleaning my teeth but also teaching me what I can do to maintain good dental habits. Dr. Sara is fabulous. I also go to her Sleep and TMJ office also which has helped me with my bite. She is very attentive to my oral health.I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

I have been going to Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry since I moved to Arizona 4 years ago. I love my hygienist Amy. She is compassionate , kind, and very gentle. I have had crowns and a few repairs on some chipped teeth, and I have been very pleased with the work done. All three dentists, and the front office, are really great and I am so happy that I found my new dentist office.
Everyone in the office is so nice. I have never had to wait very long as they time their appointments accordingly. If additional work has to be done at another appointment you know exactly what your share of the cost will be prior to making the appointment. I had Amy who was super nice and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend giving PP Family Dentistry a try.

I can't say enough wonderful things about PPFD. When I first found Dr. Vizcarra, I knew I'd be a lifelong client. Here we are, 8 years later going strong. Her practice is professional, caring, and accommodating. Amy, my amazing hygienist ensures I always leave with a sparkling smile and dental floss(whether I use it or not). Not only do they make my mouth healthy, Dr. Vizcarra has the AZ TMJ/Sleep Solution in the same building and helped with my dislocated disc and locking jaw. I always look forward to my appointments.

When my crown fell off recently, I was in a bit of a panic and called Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry and they gave me the option to come in that day to get it looked at. Dr Sara has been my dentist for well over a decade, and I trust her so much that even though I live up in Kanab, UT now, it’s well worth it for me to make the commute to come to see her. Her staff is very friendly and professional and they are really good at getting back to me when I leave messages or have questions. Because of my schedule I ended up coming in for a cleaning and the crown replacement today, and they were able to get my annual x-rays and CT scan done (but that’s only needed every 3 years). Amy was the hygienist who did my cleaning and she was so thorough explaining everything along the way so I understood what was going on. And Laura, Dr Sara’s longtime assistant who at this point feels like a friend, helped with prepping for putting the crown back on. I’m so grateful that Dr Sara was able to use the same crown and so grateful in general to have found a dentist like Dr Sara!

I LOVE this office so much. I always go to Amy (dental hygienist) and I’ve seen all the doctors at the office. The entire team is very knowledgeable and explains what the plan is every time they see me. I go once every three months to stay on top of my dental hygiene, so I’ve been here quite a few times over the past four years. Highly recommend going here!
I am not a fan of going to the dentist due to past bad experiences with dentists and orthodontists, but at Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry, the staff was fantastic. Dr. Bebeau was very straightforward with what needed to be done with my teeth, and he was extremely thorough in explaining my issues and the game plan for my issues. The front office staff especially was very understanding when coming up with a plan to pay for my dental procedures. I highly recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for honest and caring Doctors and staff.
If you only read one review out of all of these I hope it's this one! I will preface this by saying whatever I say about Dr Tran simply isn't good enough because words don't do her justice. She's not just an amazing dentist, she's truly a caring person and it comes across in every interaction you have with her.As a dentist, Dr Tran is an artist and this is clear when you see her work. She takes the time to explain what she's doing and what she sees for the outlook on your dental health. A few specific things I would like to point out in my review will demonstrate how she's gone above & beyond for my dental health.1. I'm addicted to candy - while I like to joke about doing my part to ensure she drives a Bentley...on her own time she researched, purchased, and tried a candy for me that actually helps with bacteria that causes cavities. I eat one after each meal.2. I'm a nervous Nelly and I chew my tongue. I never said a word about it. She put medicine on my tongue (without saying anything to me). I felt something but I was numb. When the numbness wore off I could feel something was going on there and now my tongue is healed!!!That's being a great person. She's wonderful. Simply wonderful 👏

We had an EXCEPTIONAL experience for an emergency visit to this practice. We were traveling to Scottsdale from Las Vegas for a 4-day vacation and I started to have extreme discomfort and tooth pain. Sonia (front desk) quickly got us into the office for an appointment. A+ customer service!Dr. Bebeau was OUTSTANDING! He provided wonderful patient care, compassion, and was very thorough during the examination process. He showed tremendous effort to provide information to us regarding my pain and shared next steps including a same day referral to a local Endodontist. If I lived in the Scottsdale area …. he would be our family dentist!Great team, beautiful and clean office, outstanding patient interaction! We are forever grateful to Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry for providing us with an emergency visit.

On 10/28/22 I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Tran and I was very impressed and happy with my experience at Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry. My appointment fell the week prior to Halloween and the office was decorated and staff were dressed up in costumes which made the place feel fun and inviting. I received a very thorough work-up of my dental care and every step of the way my dental hygienist did a great job of explaining what they were doing and what it meant. I felt very well cared for and was able to understand areas where I could improve my dental care. Dr. Tran was very nice and knowledgeable. I did not feel intimidated during my appointment and while an array of services were offered, I did not feel pressured into saying "yes" to any of the treatments which is very important as I have not always had that experience at other dental practices. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry! I will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend them to anyone!
I have never been to a dentist as thorough and knowledgeable as Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry. From analyzing the muscles in my jaw, to taking individual photos of each tooth, they do it all! I recently moved to Phoenix and was referred to Pinnacle Peak by a friend. They were very courteous, professional staff with great training, beautifu offices and cool gadgets to help you see and understand what the dentist is talking about. After 30 years of being told by other dentists my grinding wasn't causing problems, Pinnacle Peak used a camera to show me the marks my teeth had mad by clenching and grinding at night. Superb service and great bedside manner!
Not only is the office stunningly beautiful, but the staff were incredibly friendly and amazing. They welcome you with a gift and made sure I was comfortable and could see and hear the television. I was amazed at the level of customer service displayed. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
Very impressed with the efficiency and thoroughness of initial exam. The technicians were very friendly and sincere concerning my dental health. Took many x-rays and pictures to log each tooth for reference later if needed. Dr. Tran was quite thoughtful in her exam, which was more involved as I was accustomed from my previous dentist. Explained very precisely any potential bumps down the road.Had to choose a new dental office, as my dentist of 25+ years was no longer a preferred provider on my dental insurance. Looks like I made a wise choice in coming to Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry.
